EXPERIENCES

  • Participated in XS store commercial build-up team for the Mumbai market, successful implementation while effectively and efficiently overcoming challenges during the setup process.

  • I am currently the part of iLead program 2025 (future leaders development program).

  • I have also spearheaded a workspace rebuild that resulted in a 16% sales increase. Post rebuild, improved problem areas by providing a clear overview of the product range, presented range with organised grouping keeping customer behavior and living situations in mind for easier buying decisions.

  • In past three and a half year I have led six different departments, driving sales growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Analyzed customer behavior and flow to optimize store layout for maximum commercial impact.

  • Developed a strategic balance between global strategies, store priorities, and local market relevance in product presentation.

  • In addition to that, I was constantly the part of the team which creates the India guideline for the Launches. I have designed medias of the store to create focus on the seasonally relevant products which increased the sale of the same by 40 to 60%.

  • I have led the Launch implementation in the store multiple times in collaboration with other functions. The process of implementation includes my favourite part of curating the workshop to inspire other functions and for better communication, coordination during the implementation.

  • I have also managed project budgets and conducted ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective execution and alignment with financial goals.

  • I have been recognised with the iShine award for exceptional performance in FY24, Tertial 1.

  • Managed external material orders, created and processed purchase orders (PO’s), and coordinated vendor management to ensure timely procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.
